How usage works
What counts as one lookup?
One successfully processed IP address uses one credit. A bulk request with 10 addresses uses 10 credits. Invalid and failed requests do not consume monthly credits.
When does the allowance reset?
The free allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Paid allowances follow your monthly subscription period.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Requests above your monthly allowance or rate limit return HTTP 429. No automatic overage charges are enabled. All keys in your account share the allowance.
Do I need a card to start?
No card is needed for the free plan. Paid subscriptions are purchased securely through Stripe from your dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel renewal in the customer portal from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
